Goose is crafted by using our house kettle-souring method, which incorporates multiple strains of lactobacillus to develop a pleasant tartness. Sea salt and coriander are added during the boil to add the distinctive taste of a gose. A clean-finishing American yeast is the final step in the brew process. And remember, there are two Os in Goose.
