Our Beers Jubilees


This delicious red ale is the perfect compliment to summer. Using our house kettle-souring method, we develop a pleasant tartness to compliment the diverse grain bill. Three pounds of locally-grown fresh basil are added at the end of the boil providing the rich aromatics for which the herb is known. After fermentation we finish the beer off with over 80 pounds of strawberry puree.
